Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What materials are used for the fruit sleeves and seedling trays?
Our fruit sleeves are manufactured from EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) food-grade material. The seedling trays are made from high-quality PS (Polystyrene), while our extruded net bags are crafted from PE (Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene) to ensure safety, ventilation, and durability.
Can the size, color, and specifications be customized?
Yes, any size and color are available for our packaging products according to your specific requirements. Common colors for fruit sleeves include white, pink, red, green, and yellow, and we can also print custom names and logos on the sealed net bags.
What is the production capacity and estimated delivery time?
Our production capacity is highly efficient, allowing us to complete and prepare about one 40HC container for shipment within approximately 10 days.
How do EPE fruit sleeves protect fresh produce during transport?
EPE fruit sleeves provide cushioning that shields fruits from pressure and physical damage during growing, transport, and supermarket display. This protective layer reduces transit losses and extends the preservation and shelf life of the fruits.
What are the design advantages of the PS seedling trays?
Our PS seedling trays are environmentally friendly, non-poisonous, and resist deformation under high temperatures. They feature bottom drainage holes to prevent root rot and internal flumes that allow water to reach the bottom easily, offering ample growing space for robust root systems.
What are your standard payment and packaging terms?
We require a 50% deposit by T/T before production, with the remaining balance settled by T/T against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Standard packaging is PP woven bags for sleeves, or cartons/rolls for extruded nets.
