If you need to make a new custom sample, a sample fee is required based on the specific specifications. If you require our existing stock sample, it is free of charge, but you will need to pay the shipping costs. Alternatively, you can provide us with your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express account to send the samples via freight collect.

The products conform to GMP, GMPC, and SGS standards. A dedicated Quality Control (QC) team is in place to inspect and verify every batch of products to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to delivery.

Customization and OEM services are fully supported. Simple modifications like branding, layout changes, prints, and language variations are easily accommodated. For any changes to structural ingredients, please provide a physical sample for evaluation.

The final finished delivery quantity may vary up or down by approximately 10% (the variance rate may be slightly higher for small orders). The final invoice billing matches the actual quantity produced. Please declare any strict quantity requirements in advance. Please inspect your goods carefully upon arrival and report any issues within 10 days for a suitable resolution.

Payment requires a prepaid 50% deposit plus all cylinder fees, followed by the remaining balance after production is completed. Real-time update photos covering the print, cut, and finished packaging process can be provided during manufacturing.
